It went for 10 minutes (5 minutes for reading the case followed by 3 minutes to make a summary about our views on that case and 2 minutes to answer the questions asked by the panellists to us)
Topic: It was about the Microsoft branch of Japan opting for the four-day working model for its employees and giving holidays on the other three days instead of the usual six-day approach, as it was found by the company that this new approach increased the productivity of its employees. Is it a good approach employed by the Microsoft branch of Japan? Paint your views?
