Female: what kind of simulations in ev battery, challenges of bringing ev in india, suppliers for battery, operations related qns. MRP, inventory management (JIT,ABC management), another qn related to EOP. Dream company to work for. Overall it went good.

Not a very light interview, I kept talking about my strong points but most questions by 1st panelist were finance directed even though finance was my 6th preference out of 7 courses.

(I answered that I was good, a little nervous but great overall.. )

I could tell that the lady was about to ask me something else, but she immediately got sidetracked..

Q4. What specialization will you pick if you join IMT?

Is it right for the organization to encourage its employees to pursue their passion after office hours, even if it involves some revenue generation?

What kind of work do you do?

Is it from your own domain of study?

Where do you see yourself 10 years from now?

You can do that even now even without an MBA. Then why go for an MBA? What difference would it make as you are already working in a kind of techno managerial role?

Tell me a business idea you have right now. And as an investor why would I invest in your company?

What is cryptocurrency? Is it good? Why is the govt not allowing it now?

(Answered all except business idea as I went blank on that for 1.5 mins)

Why do you want finance, as the job is very tedious and you Get the decision-making power after you become CFO which might take about 20-25 years in the industry?

People are not being employed per se in certain companies. But are being “partnered” with the companies. These people have their entire livelihood dependent on an app. What is your take on humans being controlled by technology?

500 women who are into hand embroidery lost their livelihood during the pandemic. How would you bring them back to work?

Amalgamation of all is the job of the CEO

One thing you would like about the budget?(Crypto Tax, risky asset class, not everyone has the risk tolerance)

But you as a tech person, you should want growth in that, why tax it?

Will it not inhibit growth?(Tried giving the example of the growing Indian Middle class, which is growing inspite of high taxes)

2. Project related discussion, why it hasn’t been put to real life use? It’s a great idea. Where did you get the idea from? Has the patent been used by any firm? Why don’t you build on it?

3. I see you’re interested in Rabindra Sangeet, name 3 Indian nobel laureates India except Rabindranath Tagore.

Discussion was mostly revolved around final year project based.
