Degree: A Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline from a recognised university.
Marks: Minimum aggregate as specified in the prospectus (typically around 50–55%; relaxations apply for reserved categories).
Entrance test: A valid CAT or CMAT score (some cycles also accept MAT/ATMA).
Final-year students: Eligible to apply, subject to completion.

CABM Pantnagar admission is entrance-based and runs on these stages:

Stage 1 — Entrance shortlisting: A valid CAT or CMAT score is the entry filter; students apply online to CABM and are shortlisted on their score.
Stage 2 — Group Discussion (GD): Assesses reasoning, awareness and communication.
Stage 3 — Personal Interview (PI): Final assessment of fit and aptitude for agribusiness.

The final selection is a cumulative score of the entrance exam, Group Discussion and Personal Interview — so a strong GD-PI can lift a moderate entrance score, and vice versa. CABM's agri-focus means genuine interest in the sector carries weight in the interview.

The Programme

A two-year, full-time MBA in Agribusiness Management run by CABM, blending a management core — marketing, finance, HR, operations, strategy — with agri-specific subjects across agribusiness and rural management, business administration and operations & information systems.

As someone who was entirely new to this entire process, I was fortunate to have had such wonderful mentors at Gradsquare who guided me through each and every step of the way. Mentors at Gradsquare helped me identify my weaknesses and helped me find my own strategy that was best suited for my strengths. What stood out for me was Gradsquare's approach which was different from the conventional approach of other coaching centres of using long hours to conduct classes, which in my opinion really doesn't help much, however they never hesitated to take long hours to clear our doubts which according to me was the key instrument in helping me succeed.
